I express myself through line dancing and other forms of country western dancing. Its a great stress reliever. There have been days that stunk and by going to lessons or out dancing for the evening it just evens out the day and you feel better. Its great exercise and stimulates the mind by having to learn the steps. What type of dancing to you do?
