My advice is try to find another job as soon as you can because your not getting younger, and soon no one will want you so do something about it now! I have made the mistake when i was younger of staying in jobs i hated, when i had my weekends i wouldnt look id be busy doing other things so you get stuck in the rut.Good luck

Serendipity i have always found it interesting that people put all their faith in something like your idea of God through a book that obviously contradicts itself. I have asked a question still not answered to my satisfaction, i think a God would allow me to use my brain and search for the truth not just take a strangers word for something just because it was red from a book with or without an author. I just put an argument forward questioning the i feel blind belief of many based on this book which obviously is questionable. Dont you think i have the right to ask you why you think this or that or do you feel your belief is beyond question. Im not saying i know the answers im saying i feel i have the right to freely speak in order to make a decision on what_i wish to believe.

Serendipity that is very interesting that you say he is allowed kill anything because he can, but isnt that all a bit convenient and what good has it done may i ask? For instance a blogger on the last blog of Sharnahs posted about the arc and Noah and his being perfect yet here we are surely there descendants and look what history has shown to happen?

Sharnah i will ask you again (and im not picking on you in particular) if your God led people through wars parted seas and collapsed them on people, and flooded the world because he had the power to do it isnt that mass murder? And why would someone all powerful as that need to resort to that kind of behaviour, only to see the world still warring over the same old same old it to me does not make common sense!

As always no one gives an answer to the tough quesions they talk there way around them! If the bible is believable you would have to concede that your god was a mass murderer there is no way to get away from that! Leading people through wars parting seas and closing them and creating mass flooding cant be anything else but an exercise of power.

Sharnah i know and have heard enough of it that i have no belief in it. I am still waiting for you to tell me if your God said (thou shalt not kill) why then did he create a flood that must have killed millions of people and creatures that had no influence over what man did, yet died regardless because your God had a tantrum.

LJ. I agree we dont want to go there, you might also notice that never did i say i didnt have a belief of a possible creator just no faith in the book the bible! Written by some one and updated as well.

LJ. I cant tell what will or wont happen in the future with this belief or any other belief for that matter, all i will say is i choose not to believe in contradictory stories and thats what the bible is without doubt!
