In my little bubble, my kids come first and ultimately a relationship second, but sounds like they are strong couple, with the distance, given they been dating couple of years and have visited, maybe, if she did some of her of her own digging, and visited there more often, or I always say one day the kids grow up and then making such a drastic move doesn't really effect them bottom line gotta weigh out the pros and cons and feel good about the decision for all those involved
