sorry i only joined the site because i was bored and i don't know how to copy and paste, like some some, but i do take stuff from facebook but at least im honest

great blog, good debate is gonna happen im sure, and in my world, gender does play a role, as long as they hear the voices of the people, empower and do not disempower, leadership comes in all shapes and forms, gender is a non issue, the hearts of the people come first and the needs of equality of all, in my little bubble, that's a leader, a leaders needs come last
