You are such a kind man and the agencies are so picky! I did similar things as you did and was once in similar situation. When I called an agency in Tianjin to donate my clothes, they said they only accept new clothes!
I like many foods, grains, fruits, vegetables, fish etc. Rarely eating greasy dishes and meat keeps me healthy and in good shape. Complement pills have never been better than natural foods. Keep eating a variety foods and kee fit.

Jim, Tianjin really is a big city with the population of nearly 20 million. There are boats. People can buy tickets and take a tour for about 1 hour along Haihe River, the famous river of our city.
There is a Chinese saying "Think twice before taking an action." Beating can not solve any problem. Communication and mutual respect are much more improtant.
I feel sorry for you. But no big deal, not every woman is like her. She is just not the one for you. If I were you, I would move on with belief that I would find the right one for me.
