Yes I agree with you ladies. Will we ever find love to people who dont have baggage? I think we all have baggage is just that we choose not to talk about it in a new relationship.because in a new relationship you start a new life with a new person without boring him with your past.
My ex fiance who was 60 years old. He was not a person who knew how to speak truth. When something is white he would say it was black! He lied about everything, he just could not speak the truth.he got me engaged for two years, he told that even though he had retired he had saved us money to get married and to build our home. When it was time that we build a home or get married, he woke up one day and say he was going to withdraw the money. When he came back he said the computer were offline he could not withdraw.he woke up the second kept and thirt day, fourth,fifth, coming back with excuses. Only to found out that that was not true, he didnt have money he was living on government grant. He said to me his first born daughter was a social worker, his second daughter was working at the bank. I found out that his first daughter was not working, his second daughter was just a security guard! So when he sew that lies has caught up with him he left. When i came from work i found him gone!since that experience i am very alert! I have problem with trusting people. I want to see proof. If one talks about things i dont see, i dont believe every word they say. I think this has messed me up. A person who lies turns me off! I just switch off, specially in a relationship

Yes there are problems in every one, but here we must concetrate in coming with baggage in relationship from the past relationship marriage. I believe in healing from your past experience and gain your selfesteem back. No one wants to hear the past relationship problems. When you found someone new to love, I don't think talking about ex and bad mouth them it is a right thing to do, and want someone to look like your ex. Some people when they are divorced don't even bother to go for counseling so that they be able to deal with past issues be able to move on with their lives. We must remember that divorce is not a simple thing, it involves children, finances and so on.it is not like just people who were just dating and decide to break up. Divorce affects people emotionally. I once met someone on dating site who was divorced, he was very abusive calling me ten times a day and be arrogant too. I regretted I gave him my contact numbers, I had to cut ties with him. He was an angry man, when he speaks, he always speaking about women generalizing, saying he does not trust women, his ex wife tooked everything in their house. He really drained me emotionally. But then not every divorcee is like that. Some people take divorce very well and move on with their lives. Some they go to the extend to be friends for sake of children which is good for the children. Of cause not every divorced person is like that.
@diova true indeed. The only unconditional love we only get it from our family members only these days. It is sad that we don't get it from people we call our soulmates/love of our lives. True under agree
@elegsabif I agree with you 100%, it is really like we are looking for job, but we don't have reference of these people. Then bloom! After we have accepted them in our lives.
@johnny, thank you for being honest from a men perspective, to hear from man at least it gives us a clue as to what is really going on with men who are our age group preferred to date younger women. What I like to know is what happens when the older man gets too old and can't do adult duties anymore! Will this young woman be still there? I am saying this here in SA there is this excitement of older men running after younger women , the young girls call them blessers because older men spending money on them.when the Blesser no longer provide material things and he has aged and can't do nothing. They are dumped by young women, unless you really look good don't age, dress like young dude and go to gym to maintain the looks for this young woman to keep you.yooh! It is a hard work!ha!ha!ha!
