Butch, To a certain extent most people, make sure that they have clean water and food (grown on the ground) or animals eating the plants. With either, you will land up in hospital, and they will require implements to clean the water and the ground, which does not come for free, thus you are losing all the way... My friend here, has always had a water purifier. Step that up to a special model, and you have healthy water. The implements are there already, just not advanced enough yet, and very expensive. What does the poor people do?
