miclee, I absolutely agree with you that our government can turn out to be more deadly than the pandemic itself because there is no positive impact on our environment has been made. All the fabrics with the harmful emissions that politics allow just to get more taxes from the entrepreneurs and things like that. I understand that it is citizens' fault as well, but there are at least some organizations and eco-projects like myimpactpower that people actively contribute to, and I doubt that there are many politicians that join them because they just don't care.
Can I also add that it's pretty beneficial for you to care about the environment? Trust me, once you start doing the little things like sorting waste or choosing reusable over single-use, you'll feel like an improved version of yourself. I know it's a little selfish to do that only in order to make yourself feel better, but at least you also help nature. For example, I joined the myimpactpower project for that, and since I know that not so many people do something like that, I feel a little more special.
To be honest, that's quite a hard question. I know that some people believe in God, and I can understand that. But would God actually let people ruin the planet the way humanity does it? I know that there are some organizations and eco-projects like greenpeace and myimpactpower, but obviously, that's not enough to fix everything that people have done. I think that if God existed, he wouldn't let this happen. Otherwise, he just looks at us upon the sky and doesn't care at all, and I can believe in that.
