A picture says a thousand words but they are frozen words, stuck in time and not indicative of who you 5 seconds after the photo was taken. The best way for people to know who you are is to participate in the forums. Somewhere between all the grand things we do in the quiet time we become ourselves and it is in those little moments that others will see us for who we are. Putting a time limit on anything is limiting our ability to perform it correctly. Really if you are here looking to have your photo rated and taking it to heart then you may just be on the wrong portion of this site. There are many wonderful people here just waiting to get to know you, but if you hide behind a photo then you will likely remain invisible.
Where will she be if there is no one there for her? Can you leave her there to face those nightmares alone? You are young and I presume she is too, let some time heal these wounds. Often we continue to spiral downwards until we hit the bottom. Those people in her life right now are also falling so if they hold her hand they still fall, just together. When she hits the bottom, and she will, we all do she is going to need a hand to lift her up and brush her off. And even more she will need a mirror of who she should be and was, will you provide these things? Friendship is a gift that only has value when you give it away. Love is unconditional. There will be hurts for certain but the measure of your Love will be seen through your actions. Do not prove her right, in the dark part of her mind that you will abandon her just like everyone else. You cannot control her but the more you share the more she will see who she is in your eyes and perhaps gain a chance to break away from who she is being told that she is. Buckle down, it could be a long hard road but would you run away or turn away from your own child? There is no greater Love than a parent for their child, and in this we learn a very important lesson about Love. What it is and how we should behave.
