Thank you so much Mary, your words are always inspirational and lift the soul. Keep up the good work, you always lift my spirit with your beautiful words
When a door seems closed before me, I maintain my hope and belief in life. I no longer worry. I accept, because sooner or later, agreater opportunity will come to me. If that closed door had opened, it might have prevented this new opportunity from presenting itself. I now understand and am filled woth serenity as I await the new opening.
I found this and I thought it fitted very well into what you are describing above.
You could not have put it better. Most of us spend our lives living in the past thinking `if only, why, what for and who'. Be it we made a mistake with our first love or let the man of our dreams slip through our fingers, there is no going back. In life we all have to realise who the important people in our lives are and what is important to us then we have to hold on with both hands and never let go. Those that matter will always be there those who dont will fade into the darkness. I am one of those people who need to leave the past behind and look to a better future doing all the things I have put on hold and that includes finding the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. Thank you Serena113 for your insperational blog. If you change one persons thinking by writing it then you have made their life a better one.
Hi Peter, I forgot to say in my last message that there is an excellent site, Coeliac Society Of Ireland. I think it will be very use full to you because if describes all the symptoms of coeliacs disease. You can get a home test which was in Lidls last week. It is a very simple test to use and could confirm things for you. You can actually obtain gluten free products on prescription which may save you money if you use the drugs scheme. Well worth looking into. The site also tells you where you can buy the products and a lot of the big shops carry a wide range of products. Good luck with the change in lifestyle, keep us informed on your progress.
Coeliac disease is a very common condition which can go undiagonised for years leaving people to suffer unnecessarly as a Change in diet is often the only treatment required to eleviate the many unpleasent and painfull symptoms that people suffer. It is often missed diagionised as a stress related condition with no treatment except to avoid stressfull situations (what a laugh). Glad you have been able to self diagnose and now you may well be on the way to improving your present condition.
