Every day after work I walk my little pooch down to one of the nearby beaches. It is always warm weather here and the sea is such a joy to wade in. The sunsets are absolutely fantastic...even on a bad day. This made me smile today, just to have the gift of vision to be able to see such beauty.
I have seen a lot of doctors who have always mistaken my condition as being depression. It is only recently that I was diagnosed as having a mild form of bipolar. I was put on a mood stabilizer called Lamictal and it is like someone has flipped a switch in my head. You should talk to your doctor about this. It,along with therapy, has changed my life for the better.
