if you see yourself as a risk...then no I wouldn't think your worth one. Really, you should have a better opinion of yourself for starters. Everyone is special simply because each of us is different. Find your "specialness" and you won't be a risk to anyone, least yourself...
Love doesn't need to hurt if one understands what true love is. Having love for yourself, to be full of love means you don't need anything from another person, only an outlet for your love. a person to give it to, so to speak. When you have all the love you need within yourself then your heart is invincible, you have an inexhaustible supply of love to give and don't need. If you don't need then no one can hurt you.
Until you see this person as yourself and are full of love for you, then I'm afraid you'll never find a "healthy" relationship.

Words are cheap...feelings need not be expressed, just felt. When you say I love you it's about you, not someone else. It's selfish and corrupt. If you show it you never need to say it.
