Maybe they base their judgements on the thumbnail view that comes up whenever you post? Maybe there are a lot of people out there with exceptionally good eyesight as well!

The thing I don't get is that, surely, if someone feels one night stands to be okay, there's never an excuse to lie about it.

You have every right to be upset, and let me say the man that did this is not worth knowing.

He's not only deceitful, but an abject coward to boot!

You and all women everywhere are better off without him!

Is the place where you work now the same as the one you had when you were with him?

If so, there really is no reason for him to do this and I'd say you may need to look into getting a court order (if that's an option in Ireland).

If you have changed jobs since he saw you last, it is probably a case of him walking into a shop.

Sometimes people lie to their loved ones out of a desire to protect them and/or themselves from difficulties.

Yet a lot of lies are told because many people have no real idea what love is.

They have contempt for their loved ones, and consider their loved ones have no rights to make their minds up about the situations life puts before them.

To deny someone the truth is to prevent that someone from being able to make decisions for themselves. It is to block out their free will.

It is done usually out of fear. Fear is love's opposite. Fear and love battle a lot and in situations, we give strength to one OR the other.

Love without truth is love without respect. And love without respect is a sham. A lie.

We need all to be truthful with each other. We need all to love one another.
