In some point they get something, problem is that most of the people don't that extra mile...
I guess some people prefeer to keep into that "comfort zone" where they can get seated, talk, build "virtual" friend relationships and that's it, in my case, I met some people from this site and I met them in person, and is amazing how by being from different places we can be so equal, actually I have met someone with I started a love relationship but after some time it ends up, but personally, I have nothing to regret from this site...
hi again jode Actually there's one website I like very much that is shapefit.com, they have a lot of info, but actually I'm not into forums, or so, here I have a question for you perhaps you can help me with this:
I'm 184 cms tall (6'00 feets I guess), and 99 kgs, so, I have an excess of around 10 kgs...
My question is: when I get into cardio, I can walk in the treadmill for 1 hour without any problem at a good level (I start at 5.5 speed for the first 15 minutes and then continue and finish at 7.5 sometimes with some elevation), and of course, I swed like hell, and everything is fine, then, I do some work for different muscles... that's a normal routine 3 or 4 days a week...
The question is: I can't use the arc trainer, my heart reach pulses like 70%/80% (160 / 170 hb per sec) like nothing, just right in the first 2 minutes and then it keeps going and going, I just can't take that...
So, what is wrong? why I can do quite a "hard" cardio in the treadmill (doing fast walking even with elevation), but if I try to use the arc trainer I just die?, also it happens if I try to run... I just can't run... and come on, I have an over weight yes, but isn't thaaaat much, I have seen people fatter than me (really fatter) and with better resistance... what can I do to improve that? because I really would like at least to have a 10 minutes run in the treadmill
I must admit you're totally right, it was hard to start a healthy way of life for me, but I did it... problem is that the gym is quite far away from my place...
So now I'm wondering to buy some equipment for my place, I was reviewing Cybex and Life Fitness, do you know something about brands? I'm looking something for cardio (perhaps a spinning) and something as complete as possible for do some work with muscles....
RE: God I love this song!!
