But my guess is that you probably have a similar problem to me - not many in my area are on this site and you tend to need a large pool of choices to find the one you might be interested in.....

Hi summernite - I have been going through the same 'time of life' for years now - mostly troubled by hot flushes. But they have got so bad, then insomnia crept in plus increased anxiety - grrrr - sorry HRT to me! BLISS now - feel human again - just occasional break through flush now.

I tried the herbals such as black cohosh first and acupuncture and chinese herbs and they worked really well for me for years too - so they could be worth a try - but symptoms too strong these days for them to help.
