Just because someone is married it should not excluded them from this site. I too am married as I am unable to get a divorce at this moment in time although i am still trying to. So for now I can only be classed as separated when I would rather be single. My wife is now living with another man so it is a complicated situation. So in my opinion stating one is married and should not be on the site is a bit discriminatory until all the facts are known.
Having said that tho, i completely agree if someone is in a open marriage then they should not really be on this site as there are other alternative sites they can be on.
