Well I am no God man either but here's my twenty cents :you got to admit that if your faith can be logically proven then it is really no faith at all.
The Bible defines faith as the 'substance of things not seen' .Meaning you got to just a leap in the dark...and I guess that is why we have the expression 'leap of faith' .Then obviously the question arises is it not 'blind faith' .Yes it is and we have to use our God given reasoning powers to make a choice .Faith for it to be faith has to be blind and unproven.
Religious faith attempts to answer some very difficult questions like 1) what happens when we die 2)how and why did we get here and why does God appear so far away and unreachable 3) Is there something better or is this all .
We cannot rely on our senses to prove our faith .
The irony is if when we do rely on our senses to justify our faith and when we see the order in the universe , the design in creation and so on , it takes more faith to be an atheist and say all this came out of some unplanned big bang that happened somewhere ,sometime !!!
