We often experience the mixed feelings that come with trusting or not trusting. Without trust you feel fear, but if you look at it the other way around you'll see that it is exactly fear or reservations that stand in the way of trust. If you are willing to trust somebody, you will just have to drop the ego and become as vulnerable as a flower... you can easily get hurt, but you need to make that sacrifice before you may experience the greatness of trust.
