Oh just one thing chancer if your suffering form lack of energy they be no harm in asking your doc to check your thyroid gland if its underactive and it can be treated with medication it can lead to deppersion because it doesnt produce enough red blood cells in your body and can make you really tired i have an under active thyroid gland meself and its been treated at the mo with eltroxin.(sorry everyone i dont mean to sound like doctor biggles.)
I was refferd to a counsellor by my GP some of them quite costly but i think the medical card cover it aswell but not sure on that i didnt have to wait on the waiting list.just go to your GP and explain the sympton your having and ot all goes for there.
Yea and the shocking thing was with me i would of been the most happiest person you could meet always laughing and joken an having the craic but when i got behind closed it was completely different it was like i was wearing a mask.
Well i suffered from manic depression there about 3 years ago and nearly committed suicide from it just a few personal things that affected me in my own life at the time and alot of negatived people in my life who were causing me pain and hurt.when sitting in hospital i asked myself why i came to be here anyway cut a long story short the doctor put on antidepressants and which made me worst i couldn't get of bed so i went back to doctor and came of the drugs i was on i went to someone and chatted about my problems and cut everybody from life who was been negative and believe me I'm grand now alot more confident and happy in myself medication doesn't always work in some cases.
yea i sufferd from it once it fairly nasty just make sure you have plenty of friends around to chat to keep yourself postive plenty of exercise and good food.I tend to stay away from negative people im not to bad now was lucky to have great friends when i need them.
Well fair play to him is all i can say he as my vote if the man get elected and does hes job well so be it.What does in hes own private life its up to him were all not saints i think Ireland need a shocking move forward were still stuck into the old way of things.
