but theres a big difference in the taste when you use the pan, the eggs are not so good and also you dont have to clean all the wee plastic bits afterwards...
Try this Nitak......just boil the kettle and then pour some boiling water into your pan....pour in just about an inch or so of water and keep the gas really low until wee bubbles just start to form all over the base of your pan.......then crack in your eggs and simmer at the gentlest heat for one minute exactly, you have to time it...then turn the heat off and leave for 10 minutes while you make your tea and toast and hey presto poached eggs done to perfection.....try that on top of your soda bread.....yummy!!
