My youngest son is out of work and he gets paid £180 per month...he gets no other benefits because he lives with me....even though he is 23 that is all he gets...after 6 months he will get kicked off the dole and get absolutely nothing....thats a fact...unbelievable but true thats why we've so many homeless people on the streets in our cities selling The Big Issue..... This is why Im not particularly sympathetic regarding people striking and moaning about paycuts...at least they get to keep their good jobs for life. What a comfortable position to be in....I wish I was in their shoes.

Now I have to push you on this one...can you give me figures please...people on unemployment benefit in this country get £180 per MONTH....and thats a fact....it would seem your admin workers earn more than our teachers...and you wonder why there is a need for pay cuts?? Its not rocket science to work out why your country is on its knees!

All I hear is public sector workers saying they are underpaid and overworked.....for once put yourself in the shoes of the unemployed, especially those with children, at Christmas time, with a mortgage to pay and no job prospects...now thats something to be getting upset about..I dont hear anyone speaking up on their behalf.....

I dont understand what all the fuss is about....here are the facts as I understand them.....feel free to put me right if I am wrong, Im sure you all will lol....the country has been overpaying the public sector workers for years... once upon a time it could afford to do so...it cant afford to do so any longer...the figures are there in black and white for all to see.......imo it has to make cuts to balance the books for the good of everyone and to save jobs.....if the private sector workers have accepted it then I dont understand why the public sector workers dont follow suit....

Not having a swipe at anyone but if I took 16 sick days in a year I'd be sacked......unless of course I handed in a GP sick note....I only get 16 days annual holiday at work...

I dont know how Ive managed it but Im able to watch The Late Late Toy Show online...its the first time Ive seen and Im enjoying it..its different, we have nothing like that over here....Ive also changed my mind about Ryan Tubridy....he is doing a fine job!
