With the bit in bold it's the full quote and of course it says what you meant … without the end of the quote it's a double entendre

Well there are some things I certainly don't miss about being in England GS. And that's the "laddish immature crude talk". All encouraged by the type of "literature" like the Sun's page 3 girl!
Don't remember anything like that when I lived in France....

I do miss my kids and lovely friends though

On the subject of fake smiles... that's when people's mouth stretches into a smile but their eyes don't crinkle up … here on CS it translates into when people post a comment that is an insult then follow it up with a laughing face. The fact they just insulted you before the laughing face is a dead give away
