Its amazing that how many people suffer from it but dont actually tell anyone about there depression because there either to embarrased or just acused of seeking attention which is not the case.

I was there meself a few years ago not a very nice place to be but i had great friends who helped me through my trouble times with my ex at the time, there were always around when i needed i them for a chat or to go for a pint im more better now than ever and more confident in life and happy with the way i am.I cut out all negative people which made me now a lot stronger and im in flying form now.
