RE: i am asking you out on a date

It is...trying to figure out if thr "ping" N referrred to was a #5 wood golf club, or something else, and if Andy was shot down completely.confused

Not that it's any of my business, but it makes for interesting reading, moreso if you have a clue as to what's going on.laugh

Canada, and being Canadian

Toronto should be fun around Christmas, but it's a couple thousand miles away from me, so I won't be there.laugh

RE: What would you like for Christmas?

Well, as nice as that sounds, somewhere with a little less tropical snow is what I had in mind. We have plenty of it here already.laugh

If I won millions, I'd have a nice little spot in the sun somewhere, and all my CS friends could come and visit. I'd even pay for airfare for some of them. Be nice to actually meet some more of you in person.cool

RE: What would you like for Christmas?

If I can't have purple, then dark blue or black will do very nicely.cool

Anything except pink, it's a nice colour for some things, like piglets and bubble gum, but not a car, not even a '59 Cadillac. laugh

Maybe I should get a lottery ticket for tonight, be nice to have a tropical Christmas this year.dancing

RE: What would you like for Christmas?

RE: Canadians are wordy?

I think it has to do with there being less Canadians on the site than people from other nations, and less Canadians in general on the planet.laugh

Things do move rather slowly on here, but I still pop in a read the threads, sometimes I even post something, like now.grin laugh

PS, that was boring, not boting...damn typos.laugh

RE: What would you like for Christmas?

I could grab it by an ankle and drag it right into the sewer if you like.grin laugh

Don't really want or need anything for Christmas, not into the gift giving and the hyp myself.

I'll be happy with knowing my friends and family are happy, healthy, and enjoying life.

Have you ever been to Canada, or just met Canucks when they're travelling?

I won't argue with your description of Canadian men.grin laugh

RE: How do you view a liberal person?

According to the OP, it's anything and anyone he hates or disagrees with, which seems to be everything and everyone. laugh

RE: The men on this site...

Nice idea, but someone else would just whine that they didn't get to go on a trip as well. roll eyes

Besides, I'd be tempted to misappropriate the funds for booze and cigarettes.laugh

RE: The men on this site...

If I had a dollar for every whiny post I've read on this site, I could afford to go see one of the ladies on CS, and show her how terrible I really am in person.devil

Silk long underwear have been around for ages, they're very warm and durable, not to mention comfy. thumbs up

RE: A man asked me this question and i had no answer for him,do you?

I wouldn't be caught dead wearing some of the things that some women find fashionable.laugh

RE: How do you heat your home?

Here in Alberta I have a natural gas forced air furnace that blows warm air into every room through ducts. It's the most common type found in homes here, with a boiler and hot water being second.

In British Columbia I have the same at the moment, but will be putting in at least one catalytic wood burner, with a forced air furnace for back up. The garage space will be heated with a natural gas overhead unit heater. Natural gas is considerably more money in BC than it is in Alberta, and wood is plentiful.

We HAVE TO HAVE heat here, seeing as it dips down to -50 Celsius or colder at times, and is -35 to -40 quite regularly. Our homes are generally well insulated, and decent windows and doors are a must.

RE: age and weight

When hungry I've eaten choclate bars that sat in the glove box of my truck for well over a year. Who knows how many times they'd melted and solidified, not to mention frozen. I just forgot that they were there, but sure was glad when I found them.grin laugh
