We had rock and roll at my skating rink.. They played the mandatory organ music too, but we rocked.. Disco too unfortunately, tho some of it was worthy...
All night skates were the best.. I met my future first wife at one... This was in the seventies, so I may be a bit off topic...
I wasn't paying much attention, because we usually just get rain, but yeah It could have bounced across FL, and been right in Mobile... Those people have enough trouble with tornadoes... They are probably washing their underwear...
I remember my Uncle had one of their albums on reel to reel back around 1977.. Sounded good, especially when partaking of a little weed... I may still have one of their albums on vinyl..
