So-called "red flag laws" are unconstitutional at face value and cannot be enforced. Apparently, they're still having a problem with "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED". This was written specifically so NO ONE, not even Congress, can restrict a law-abiding citizen's right to keep and bear arms.

I think that's the whole idea to take red flag laws as far as they can! once all the guns are taken (registration is confiscation) they can do whatever. Just don't tell your coworker you have guns, they could be a liberal nut case and call the police and say you plan to shoot up a school, like what happened to this girl in Oklahoma. The headline says 18-Year-Old Woman Arrested for Threatening to Shoot Up Her High School ‘for Fun’ but a coworker said this not the girl. So anybody can say anything about you and your life is over.
