I didn’t intend for this thread to be another debate on the controversy of roe vs wade. I just wanted to make her known, In case people were unaware of this ”woman” (Shelly) who survived her birthing person’s wish to terminate her Life.
Shelly has said she will not say which side of the controversy she is on but I bet she is glad to have a life.
The roe vs wade court hearing did not change a law here in the USA.
Society by way of state and local government representation here tells us a lot of things we can not do with our bodies. To name a few examples of body control: In most places here, we usually can not drink and drive intoxicated, we can not pimp our bodies in prostitution, I think we are not allowed to fornicate or m**turbate in public. I don't know for sure but I believe public nudity is not allowed here in most places, but might be ok in England?. Up until more recently, we were not allowed to defecate in public, we can't kill others using our bodies etc.
The roe vs wade case decision opened the way to on-demand abortions in mass and the harvesting of body parts for profit. The case was not legislated and the issue is now back to society dealing with it, where it should be imho.
Only Our Declaration of Independence "recognizes" the unalienable rights of “life", liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The highest law in this land is our US Constitution and it explicitly protects "life" and liberty; I believe happiness goes unmentioned in it.
I chose my nick because I wear size US 15.5" extra-wide shoes and I do not need to wear Zoomers when in a swimming pool but they don't really help me much because I can't swim well because I have to wear a flotation device between my legs in the shade or at night unless it is a hot day and air quality alert warnings are announced by the national weather service if I am in non-rural areas other than where I live in Dublin Ohio and shuttle services or Medi-Vacs are unavailable because of gas shortages or transportation budgets are blown due the rising cost of clean diesel fuels.
Yeah, women and men rant. I know some people who prefer negative shit like ranting because they prefer negative attention to no attention at all. Some ranters, especially the sensitive people, think others should see the world as they do. Me, I just try and ignore all the negative rant shit. Besides, for the most part, everyone else in the cs forums and blogs are supposed to be here to amuse me.
The right to kill babies (pre birth and post birth) is not protected by our constitution and places the social decisions on the States to determine if a birthing person and their hired killers can kill their babies.
