It appears to have 2 meanings..

Someone who is basically good hearted but lacking social graces and respect for the law. Someone in need of a little "polishing" so to speak.

Or a rare gem found amongst the ruins.

Now I don't know you personally ~ but I would think the latter applies to you!

Take it as a compliment.. I'm sure that is how it was intended.

That was just to raunch things up a bit ~ honestly.. for me anyways, it how much I miss him when we're apart, I can't wait for the moment I hear his voice, or see his face. Its the way his voice makes me feel.. the way I smile without even trying or noticing when he looks at me.. when he holds me in his arms, it feels like home.

On dry, cold winter days.. when the air is full of static electricity.. and your hair is out of control ~ pull a Bounce sheet over the teeth of a comb or brush..then run it through your hair.. it calms it down instantly!

I have experienced love at first sight ~ but there was one that stole my heart more than all the others...it was unexpected.. I wasn't sure he was quite my type, or what I typically fell for.

There was an undeniable attraction ~ more lust than love perhaps..a the start, but it didn't take long to turn into love.

Sometimes its not just about the sight aspect.. but the good positive feeling, and aura someone gives off.

I always buy a real ~ LIVING tree.. wrapped in burlap and enjoy it for the entire Christmas season.. right on into Epiphany.

Here in my part of B.C. we don't get too too cold ~ so I plant it in my yard afterwards and let it continue to grow and thrive ~ making my garden even more beautiful. Then next year I'll put lights on it like I do the rest of the trees, from Christmas's past.

Yes.. they are much more expensive, but it's worth it.

Best kind of Christmas tree ~ whether it be cut or live, is the Nordic Spruce! The fragrance is intoxicating.. and it lasts even cut.. for about 3 months.

I have emailed you privately ~ and I expect this to be the end of it.

I would like to say this here and now. I did not want to bring this up again.. I would prefer it to be left alone..however its out there now ~ so let's just address it.

You all know Gibs and my past ~ we were in love.. we broke up ~ but we remain very close still. This isn't easy to make public.. but I think I have little choice.

I made a mistake. I was hurting badly when we broke up, and I too as I admitted to in my earlier posting to Pucks, posted a negative, spiteful thread damaging Gibs's good name. And he never said one negative thing about me. Now that's class. That's Gib. You all don't know him like I do ~ but believe me... I am honored that he still considers me a close friend despite what I said.. giving the impression he was something he's not. I was distraught... and hurting so much ~ and I lashed out giving the impression he was something more than he appears.

Part of being a mature adult is admitting one's mistakes. Well.. I am here before you confessing mine. As humbling as it is.. I feel it's necessary to do so.

This whole thing has turned ugly ~ and I find it disturbing that you should say that you want peace and to let it go ~ all the while twisting the knife once more.

You need to let this go too... admit your mistakes, and move on.
