I get a good present for my mother usually 50 euro. I dont like receiving gifts so i just buy gifts for my friends children as i find xmas is for kids. I usually treat some people to little pressie during the year instead of xmas.
Sorry to hear that, if friend is close and knows you deep within she will understand.If not i know it might be hurtful for you i say let go of friendship. We all have our bad days and things are said in the heat of things which a person feels guilty afterwards then that friend should understand it was not you on the day to say things I know i am lucky i have 2 wonderful friends who i just state what i feel and likewise so no build up of a out burst with them.

@ tiny fangs yes i can see where you are coming from,re children and people you love. Thank god so far in my life(in my mind i might have taught it)but in reality no there is law to protect us. Been a victim of crime myself. where 1 guy got shot, very lucky to be alive i can tell you. I just froze at the time. Was angry for ages but no i could not kill anybody (hope that makes sense)
