What on earth have spanish dresses got to do with mountain climbing??? I don´t really know the history of wearing long dresses, but I would suppose that they were worn as women were supposed to be modest in those days. I´m quite sure they didn´t go mountain climbing in them tho!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
course I heard of it!!!! Not likely to be trying to climb it tho My mountain is not spectacular.......it´s just pleasant to look at........the climb took me about 4 hours...to the top and back and we had breakfast at the top.
Gotta be the mountain outside my back door.......El Montgo. It is about 750 m high and I have climbed to the top once.......there is a cross there. The day I went we climbed into the clouds and up above it was crystal clear..........like being in a plane, but unfortunately we couldn´t enjoy the panorama.
