You can delete whatever you like from paper or cyberspace - deleting from your mind is a bit more difficult. And why should you entirely - if someone affected your life so much, it is an important aspect of your life, so it shouldn´t just be tossed aside. Part of the lessons in life.
Rather than dwelling on the legal or not legally separated part - I would be more interested in whether or not the person was emotionally separated from the "ex".
I think it´s probably quite wise to test people you don´t know very well - especially with all the people around who wish to scam, or just play with people´s feelings.
I have a lovely story about a 77 year old who had lost her husband a few years before -and she didn´t want to pick up with anyone else............just in case they were no good at making love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How about that!!!!!!!!!!!!
love can exist between all humans but the love between two people is an exclusive love- which can also exist- just takes a lots more work. But - yeah - I believe in love in whatever form
