rationally no one can prove or dis-prove the existance of an almighty power. From the posts and all the religious beliefs that I've read about, there are so many differing views. What someone may believe is a miracle ,,I could argue that its a scientific phenom. There are indian tribes that still believe dogs are god-like. You mentioned omnipresence,,to me thats the magical chemical reactions of living organisms
this is outrageous,,to even think that men would want to have more tools,,toys than they actually need,,my garage is not filled with things like this! ( my friends and relatives have borrowed all of them )
David Karish, Charles Manson,,,Paul Shafer,,etc ,,these names come to mind when someone preachs religion to me. Religion has been exploited for centurys,,has been the basis for so many horrendous crimes I know the value of human life,,with out a book,,or someone elses beliefs
We have to many cultures that percieve a higher power as a different enigma. My understanding of religion is vague, what is not understandable to me is the different gods for different cultures. The scientific explanation removes the faith behind religion, but is more understandable to me,,just my opinion

I try to see this as anticipations over expectations,,but we're only human. I'm still single,,so either I'm not doing something right,,or that special person has'nt entered my life yet

I just take it slow,,in either scenerio. Enjoy the time for what it is,,those questions will be answered eventually. Most important to me is the inter-acting. I'm in no hurry for a life partner, and even after we may decide to take that plunge,,its a life time of learning each other,,or should be,,in my opinion.
