You and I both have become very good at what we do,,as an assumption. We need people around us to provide us with intelligent answers to questions we do not have knowledge in,,talk to a good attorney,,if you dont have one,,try to find one through a referal instead of the "inny minny minni moe" approach. As frustrating as these types of situations are,,,I've tried to learn though trials that it is always a growth process in business,,and will help you navigate through the next storm
I dont know if this is of any help,,I use a payroll service that also provides me guidance in legal employment matters,,but typically they just point me to a business attorney,,in saying that,,I would highly suggest any business owner have a relationship with a business attorney,,good luck
In the states there is free legal representaion for terminated employees,,,but on another note,,being a business owner I understand that my largest loss's potentially come from a less than honest employee, rather than bad debts or loss of a customer
While it is difficult to describe yourself in full on a profile,,you are promoting yourself to a dating enviroment,,the degree is dependant on the person,,conservative ,,or maybe even provacative. As much as possible without an over kill is my preference. As far as curvey,,my impression of curvey would probably be different than the next members. But more importantly,,looking at a profile I might want to see if they had any threads or posts,,giving me a better idea of personality. Once its out there,,there is no erasing
I think everyone needs to come over and do summersaults off my couch with me,,,Seriously tho,,are expectations set to high? I like the concept of anticipation over expectation,,try to enjoy someone for who they are ( after all,,something clicked )and there are less disapointments ( this is all theory,,mind you )
RE: stick by him or dump him
some folk believe ,,an opportunity is there to sieze, without boundrys. Applies to all of lifes forums
