Do you know white celery? Hollow it out and fill it with onion and honey, let it sit for an hour or two and then take a spoon full. It's disgusting, but really helps.

Not shallow, just insecure. You have to understand that YOU have to feel comfortable with your body and not the other people. Raising questions like that shows, that you are not and that it is time to do something about it.
Look, I understand a lot of your rage. My country was devided and we all wanted unision, we got it and a year after a lot of us would have given their savings to build a new wall. There is always two sides to a coin and you have to be able to find a balance to see them both.
