It's a hard question, who should respond and in what way? I do think that at some point we have to just let go, it's the way of development. Nobody can interfere all the time, it costs too much money.
It is like that, you start to chat to somebody and don't know where it is going, yet. You surely don't cut yourself off from anybody else, I won't and I wouldn't expect the person I'm chatting to to do so.
