Im joking I love it here and they have accepted me (kinda) Its also great when my friends come down and drink to much, my nieghbours bring them back to my gate. They know where the crazy Canadiense belong.
Im the only gringa in mi barrio. At first there was a lot of old catholic Mexican women dressed in black, giving me evil stink eye, gossiping, and making signs against evil when I walked by.
But now they are Meh! and seem to have accepted me
Actually It made me think of southern BBQ. I lived in Fla. for a time and Ive traveled all over the States. Theres nothing on earth like BBq in the south...You really have to try some if you can.
