Every morning before I attend the gym I do ballet exercises for my legs to this song which is a track from my Body Attack class this was taken this morning.

Well each morning before I attend the gym I go outside to lumber up I took some pics of the back of me I will paint eye's nose mouth on my hair then post the pic
I feel terrific this morning beautiful day cant go to the beach as I'm expecting a delivery so I will attend the gym I bought a gym outfit I haven't worn yet soft powder blue the top is netted and falls low at the back I will feel naked
I just tried the pants on feel biggish I'm always a small not an extra small loose at the knees I should of bought extra small those people in China have put the wrong size on my pants
I have many friends but if I feel like company I will attend most times I say no to outtings maybe because I spend hours at the gym with hundreds of people all.my life working in packed environments I don't know what is really why I enjoy going to the beach or whatever on.my own.
I think it's because when they go out it's not to just enjoy themselves it's to get on with guys it's so out of my comfort zone.
