What weird stuff have you come across on here?

I would like to know what sacrifices you have made when moving in with a partner.

Did you have to give up your beloved couch that you had a sentimental attachment too?

Did you have to give up remote control rights?

Did you lose the 'head chef' tile because your partner does a better job?

Did you move to another country and leave your friends and family behind?


I wanna hear allllllllll about the little and big things,plus the trivial and ridiculous things that you have sacrificed.


And did they cause any long time disputes or repetitive arguements at all further down the track?

Unexpected things you have come across..good or bad?

Well........


Said married man has been playing up with this woman for 2 years. They don't see each other often though as they live in different towns. They meet up for 'work related' meetings. Work is the excuse his wife is told.


Anyhoo, I won't go into details of it further on here but I did put my 2 cents worth in and it will be interesting to see what happens now.

Ps, I looked up her name on facebook and all I can say is

I recieve a few emails, 99% all jokes. I get them from the same 4 people. One of them (married man) has sent an email to me that he normally would but he had actually meant to email another female only. He has obviously hit reply all rather than reply to her alone. hmmmmm he's been a very naughty boy with her and her replies are rather It's not a set up as you can tell they have been having little meet ups for quite some time. I know this man well and he has quite the life really. Perfect marriage, perfect kids, the big house, flash cars etc etc...


I am going to question him about it as we have that kind of friendship where I can mention it rather than pretend I didn't see anything. I can't wait to hear his explanation.

I got some gloves and boots today. Gloves are brand new but I was able to score a pair of way cute snow boots as ex hire ones for $15. A1 condition so I was stoked!

Howdy!


My girl and I are off to the snow for a day. I won't be skiing, just making a snowman, maybe a toboggan (sp?) ride etc. Nothing major. I have NEVER been to the snow though.

Are normal clothes ok to wear if I layer up a few times? what kind of shoes? I will buy my girl a scarf, beanie, gloves but hire her a jacket and pants, but for me I just wondered if it's worth it? I don't want to have to spend a lot of money on the clothing side of it as it's just for one day. We are going on the bus as they are taking a road trip there so we are limited to what we take I would imagine.


Any hot tops would be greatly appreciated.
