A DAY MEET (21)
I know they did this on another singles site, and was a huge hit.
They had it in summer, at a free pool area, near the beach, everyone bought a plate, there were bbq facilities, and some people organised games and such for the kids

Knowing that there are alot of single parents on here that have trouble being able to make it to our night/weekend meets but would still like to get out as a group, was wondering about a get together for a BBQ in a park or something simple like that. I was leaning towards a day meet with no kids but thought I'd still ask about taking kids as there are people who struggle to get out to meet people. I will organise one but more than likely without kids. Don't know, we'll see.

on another site some years ago, we had a lot of meets, daytime, night time and weekend one, I met some wonderfull friends who i still see today. There were kids at all the do's more at some than at others, but it was a great way to get some social life. At one that was held on bribie island we had a bloke ride up from melbourne to attend.

But as Larf said kids only if you can't get anyone to watch them and I've been down there and met Larf and my kids didn't come with me
