wonder how that got into your system did the doctor take blood samples? did it affect your liver?
i did my bmi and it says i should be between 12-3 to 13 stone, i'm 6-1 height. i eat 5 times a day (small amounts) healthy food, just to give enough energy and keep the motabilism ticking over , and being aware of calories and how much i'm burning up, they say 2000 calories on average a day intake and 2 hours walking they say burns ups between 500 to 600 depending on the work-out and effort.
i started this 4 months ago and since i started ive never felt as good, so many benefits from it also there is many reasons why i'm doing it.
hopefully when i lose the last few stone women will find me more attractive which they will, so my chances of finding the 'one' will increase, maybe i'll give my ex Halle Berry a ring :)
gonna get the back pack ready now i might start with a stone in weight just to see how i get on and then increase the weight in the bag pack depending on how i get on, no pain no gain as they said in the rocky 4 movie haha
thanks for that advise., that is the best advise i've got so far, because it sounds correct and professinal, i will definatly do that starting tommorow.

5 stone thats a great self achivment, i know the last bit of weight is stubburn to lose, but as u said if the will is there it will be sooner or later gone, the feeling from excerise and change of diet is transforming
well i made the statement up in words to describe how i feel the past few years, what i meant by it is i am living in harmony most of the time,in other words it's like i found something that was lost and ive relised all this now
