5 stone thats a great self achivment, i know the last bit of weight is stubburn to lose, but as u said if the will is there it will be sooner or later gone,
the feeling from excerise and change of diet is transforming

Yes, of course we are interested....What is more, if you post that you are going to do something, like lose weight, or stop smoking, the community here are right behind you, but more to the point, The poster is acknowledging a try for the goal, and by making it public, he/she is choosing accountability... therefore, it is really important that the accountability is acknowledged.

I lost nearly 4 stone Pedro, makes us feel great. Mine was over a longer period though and have managed to keep it all off for the last 3 yrs, NEVER going back, same here , diet , walk , jog , cycle .Keep up the good work
