Sounds like an exciting plan!....Make sure you have a plan and a way to finance it....if those two things are in place, don't see how you can lose....Maybe at the the end of your rainbow there awaits a beautiful picture book about your travels, experiences both good and bad, just begging to be published...Good luck, safe landing...
Totally "get" what you are saying.....but!....my daughter (age 42) is a believer and has been for the past 18 years...I am not a believer....having witnessed her "walk the walk" for nearly 2 decades, having initiated many, many conversations in which I asked her to explain, define, and identify the reason (s) she is so strong in her faith, after watching her live her life, work, play, raise her son, I can honestly tell you her belief or faith is not fear based...
It's nice to think "love concurs all", if only that were so...I think it's possible to overcome cultural barriers or differences as long as the couple understand and face the challenges of their differences together and enter into the relationship "with eyes wide open" to the fact that their road will be bumpy at times.....
RE: Why do all religious people want to live in the dark ages?
But without polemics, there would be no CS!! Tolerate and respect, keep an open mind, never stop searching....Love you too!
