Anyone else trying to quit the habit?

help I could really use some suggestions right now. It's been a week today since I quit smoking and I'm having a difficult time with the cravings. I have things to do that would occupy the time, however I'm losing focus and doing more procrastinating, then anything else. I want a cig just as bad as I don't want one. Arrgghhh!!!

RE: Puppy(ies)!!!

Haha..
I have a new mastiff coming Oct. 2nd. I can't wait either!
Through my experience with puppies, puppy pads are a good thing. Also, I found that taking them out as soon as you get up in the am, noon, before supper and before bed. Also right after they eat. That's when they seem to do their big business. LOL Once they get to know the routine, they'll start to let you know when they want out. Good luck and have fun.

Hold on to the New Quarter

Hang on to any of the new 2007 Newfoundland Quarters. If you have them; they may be worth much more than 25 cents. The Canadian Mint announced today that it is recalling all of the Newfoundland quarters that are part of its program featuring quarters from each province.

This action is being taken after numerous reports that the new quarters will not work in parking meters, toll booths, vending machines, pay phones, or any other coin operated device. The problem lies in the unique design of the quarter, which was designed by a team of genuine Newfoundlanders. Apparently the duct tape holding the two dimes and the nickel together keeps jamming the machines.

RE: Why do you (women) do it ???

I agree.
I don't wear tight clothing, nor do I wear baggy either. Just fitting enough to show a bit of my curves. I sometimes happen to notice guys checking me out and would definately reply if they approached or spoke to me. However... checking one out and actually saying something to them are 2 different things. Wouldn't you agree?
