Beautiful countryside plus the added bonus of the sea close by!!! Now footy has started again will be travelling all those areas again each fortnight!!

Thats the direction I want to take...meaning...getting just a couple of acres...don't care how run down it is...and attempt to be self sufficien,t and as an extra challenge...try and earn money off it.....Bliss.....ahhhh happy thoughts!!!

You don't realise how precise you were!!! My (ex) sister inlaw lives at a place called Sawtell...5 minutes out of Coffs..on the beach!!! It has been recognised as the most perfect weather in Australia!!
Yes..I agree with you..I hate the cold and grey Winters...they definately have an affect on my moods....but up North is the extreme opposite...somewhere in the middle would be nice...although I like our Coastline here in Sth Gippsland!!
