Well I do not think that is as ridiculous as seeing someone that is fat in a uniform. I have seen that and think the army is supposed to be about physical toughness. The army should crave that as as requirement.
I lived in Ireland and have moved to Sweden and it seems the middle of nowhere. In Dublin I was spoilt for choice now nobody anwsers my mail and hardly anyone is on and I am covering a big area as far as 4 hours drive a way. But really can anyone come up with a solution?

3. Fun and Open (as in being without cynicism and being non judgmental)
4. Cultured
5. Caring (as in what a man wants every women to be, a woman should be traditional in that regard. In the west lately women are showing more aggression granted with lower element but still)
I see you put Christian and although not a quality I get what you mean. I am an Atheist but I too would want someone from a Christian background as that is what I know. Prefer someone non religious but most aren't.
Well we are all lonely at times and at times not as Dennis Leary said about happiness that it comes in small doses. And I think that sentiment applies for loneliness. We are not happy all the time but we might find it in watching a movie we like or being with our kids at the beach. Simple things that take us away from the burdens of adult life. Being lonely changes too if we want it.
So many women now (at least in the western world) are independant, can provide for themselves financially, know how to look after their own car - some are able to get on DIY stuff too -
I think a good division of labour is important. Not just the DIY stuff but pick your towel up from the floor after a shower and don't put an empty milk carton back into the fridge.
It is about maintaining respect to do such things. So I don't think it is not important what each other does but once it is shared.
Generally speaking though men still do the DIY stuff more then women and you are the exception.
