Its horrible because with normal emotional problems something causes them and you can catch them at the source,but with this im clueless,should i kick something?
Ever get in to one of those mood's where your for no apparent reason horribly pissed off? well lucky me i am in one of those right now.Trying to get myself out of it,any tips or suggestion's as to how to get out of it?
