Well i can rem when i went to my solicitor first i was told it take up to six years to get access for my little lad i told her that my rights as a dad were violated and if i didn't get what i wanted to take it higher.She got moving on the case and and i got everything in six months now im going after hes name been double barrelld so he knows where is come from and who i am but to be honest single dads are given no ecouragement atall by the law or the state to support there children.
I agree there B but many dads dont know that they have rights to there children when actually they do have rights.a child need boths parents in there life and in my own personal exp some women can be very bitter when it comes to a child welfare and knowning who hes dad is IMO single dads rights in the country are very out dated and need to change so that fathers are encouraged to take a active part in the children welfare.
The unmarried father is not part of the family within its meaning under Article 41 of the Constitution. He is not a parent within the meaning of Article 42. He has no personal right in relation to his child under Article 40.3 of the Constitution
Ah yea sal good point and that point i make but id say more than half the women i have chatted to are more interested in what big your driving or how much you have in your wallet like i mean in this day and age half the country is out of work personal i think ladys are looking for a david beckham ro model these day.
I just think alot of people are going by what you earn because it like security for them im always honest and tell people that im out of work but not by my choice and i get ignored.
I just think to that the recession in Ireland is totally killing the dating scene at the moment allot of people are very fussy on people not working extra i also think people have gone very picky if your a single parent or baggage as they like to call it.JMO.
Im lost so hun i treat my girlfriends with respect and always done the right thing was always kind and gentle give them there own space as well i don't do jealousy for example if they want to head on there own with there mates so be it i go out with i wouldn't be texting them the whole time wondering where they are and who there with .and low and behold I'm still single.
I think theres just a list to be honest i put out all the stops and still getting no where maybe i should be more a dickhead then i prob would get some where.
Ive been here in the past came back in March and to be honest sick of it already to many games on here i think i dont think anyone is interesting in dating.JMO
