its good dear..YES, really hard.. but smiles is in a package of service,otherwise u hav wonderfull smiles, i bet when u smiles the rudeness will be melted dear....
in service role,u still give the best services and treat ur customers well through they had good or bad attitude.. the points maybe how u manage ur emotions when u got bad attitude, jus try to polite and smile when rude one come to u girl... success to u..
