I am engaged to Chinese girl. Chinese girls do not tell you that they love you lightly. Love and marriage are very serious in China.
You must be honest with both girls and tell them about the other girl. It is important that you do not keep giving both Chinese girls false hopes of marriage.
I do not believe that you can love more than one girl the same way, or that if you do, this is not real love. The real love that belongs to marriage can only be for one girl, not two.

It takes time and alot of self-discipline and determination! I didnt realized that Ive gained so much weight not until family and friends started telling me about it and thanks to them :)
Tell him/her the truth. Invite him/her to exercise/sports. Better u tell him thatn it comes from other people. As for myself, i gained so much weight here and family and friends were telling me im fat. Now I lost a total of 22lbs.
