I never said utd found Roy Keane - what I was saying is they produced a quality player out of him - Clough found him, Ferguson made him a quality player!
Bad result's will always bring out the negative side to the Utd squad over the past few year's but they are the only team in the premiership that can keep pace with the free spending Blue noise City
Ferguson is well aware of the deficiencies in the squad but because the club is in debt up to their eyeballs because of the Yank's & the wage structure at Utd, there will always be some problem's.
You mentioned two of the best player's in English football but forgot to mention Park & Carrick who are not up to the job at Old Trafford in my opinium! The main problem for Utd & Ferguson is their in ability to find & produce a player like Roy Keane.
